These terms cover your use of crewstra.com and early access to Crewstra, run by Rajat Rajawat in India. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Early access
Crewstra is in early access. Features, limits and prices can change, and access can be paused or ended. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place or a date.
Provided as is
Crewstra and this website are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving what they produce before it ships.
Acceptable use
Do not use Crewstra to break the law, to harm or attack others or their systems, to infringe someone else's rights, or to interfere with the service. Do not try to get around its limits or security.
Your AI provider
Crewstra works with your own AI key. Usage is billed to you directly by your AI provider, and you must follow that provider's terms. Crewstra adds no markup and is not responsible for your provider's charges, availability or policies.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Crewstra and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Crewstra in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
